We entered 2022 with a bang and exited quietly!

 

The Bolivar Peninsula Real Estate Market has seen a decline in home sales since March of 2022.   The good news is that the home prices are higher than ever.   Take a look at this report it shows a year over year overall increase in average price per foot and average sales price.  We saw decreases in days on the market and number of homes on the market.

2023 should be a different year, buyers can look forward to taking their time to look for the right house!
