There are plenty of places to watch fireworks, but after spending the Fourth of July on the deck of a beautiful Crystal Beach home, I can honestly say there’s nowhere I’d rather be.
As the sun dipped below the horizon, neighbors gathered on decks overlooking the water, families filled the beaches, golf carts cruised the neighborhoods decked out in red, white, and blue, and fireworks began lighting up the coastline as far as you could see. From where I was standing, enjoying the Gulf breeze blowing, it reminded me exactly why so many people dream of owning a home here.

Many locals make Ray’s Fireworks one of their first stops of the weekend before stocking up on beach essentials, groceries, and ice at local businesses. By evening, the beach becomes one giant neighborhood celebration filled with laughter, music, and spectacular fireworks.
