While I’m spending a few days in Washington, D.C., my heart is still on Bolivar Peninsula.
One of the things I love about real estate today is that technology allows me to stay connected to my clients, listings, and team no matter where I am. Whether I’m walking past historic monuments, visiting Capitol Hill, or exploring the rich history of our nation’s capital, business continues to move forward back home in Crystal Beach.
The truth is, I couldn’t do what I do without an incredible team.
While I’m away, Mark DeSantis, Liz Primeaux, our photographers, title partners, lenders, inspectors, and the many professionals we work with every day continue serving our clients. Real estate is never a one-person operation. It takes a dedicated group of people working together to help buyers and sellers achieve their goals.
Being in Washington also serves as a reminder that many of the decisions made here ultimately impact communities like Bolivar Peninsula. From flood insurance regulations and coastal protection funding to infrastructure improvements, disaster recovery programs, environmental regulations, and property rights, policies developed in Washington often influence what happens along our Texas coast.
As I walk through the history of our country, I’m reminded that local communities matter. The voices of property owners, business owners, and residents on Bolivar Peninsula matter. The future of our community is shaped not only by decisions made locally but also by decisions made hundreds of miles away.
The good news is that while I’m taking in some history in Washington, the team at Crystal Beach One10 Realty Group is still hard at work helping clients buy and sell property on Bolivar Peninsula.
Thank you to my amazing team and industry partners who make it possible for us to provide exceptional service every day.
I’ll be back on the beach soon. Until then, I’m enjoying a little history while keeping one eye on the Crystal Beach real estate market.
