Beth is the best realtor we have ever worked
with. We just purchased our second house
with her and she could not have been a better
agent (finding the home, working with the
seller, working with our lender). She is also a
real estate investor, which is really helpful
because she treats each transaction as if she
was making the investment. And she is a
good person, which makes working with her
that much more enjoyable.

Working with the Crossons is always a pleasure, great clients that are intentional, honest and I am so happy to call them friends.

Beth Boles-Terminella has been helping us look for the perfect house to downsize to for over a year. She found “the one” for us to remodel and we then put our house on the market. She estimated the timing perfectly. We were on the market and had an executed contract within 3 days, once we picked the offer we wanted to go with. Anytime we had something come up during the process Beth was extremely prompt in getting back with us or answering instantly to help us out. She put countless hours in to make the process go as smoothly as possible.
